We have an urgent requirement for an experienced environmental acoustician to join a well established, independent multidisciplinary consultancy in London. They are currently involved in a considerable amount of diverse projects and due to this organic growth they require assistance from a commercially aware individual with prior consultancy experience in the environmental noise and vibration field. Acoustic Consultancy forms an integral part of the practice's work with specific expertise in Environmental and Architectural acoustics in addition to acoustic design and building services noise. Post graduate Environmental Acoustic Consultancy experience of 3 years+ Familiarity in using noise monitoring equipment. Experience of Noise Modeling using a recognized software package. Manage noise issues related to the planning process Summarise data interpretations and provide conclusions Work as a team member and assist in projects and finances on a number of large developments Undertake environmental noise and vibration surveys and assessments, Preparation of high quality reports and specifications Project and client meetings Consulting during the initial project design stages; communicating with regulatory authorities, stakeholders, and the communities Projects Our client currently provides comprehensive services for clients both in the public and private sectors within the divisions of transportation, buildings (theatres, concert halls, performing arts centres, broadcasting studios etc) and environmental with current emphasis aircraft noise.
