Construction Digital Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Construction Manager (BIM Manager) to join a long standing Tier 1 Main Contractor. As Digital Construction Manager you will cover all aspects of BIM deliverables across the lifecycle of two commercial projects, including work winning, preconstruction, construction, and handover As a business they have a network of offices with a group turnover in excess of £2 Billion. Act as the project central point of contact to support all for all BIM/ digital construction related queries. Implement project BIM protocols (BIM Execution Plan, Exchange Information Requirements etc) using the company standard temple and associated documents, identifying, and communicating key requirements to the design / project team Support the commercial and procurement teams with embedding or reviewing BIM scopes for inclusion in tender packs for work packages and embedding consultant novation agreements Agree with Project Design Managers and Project Managers a design interface matrix and agree the strategy for each work package, defining the work packages requiring 3D modellingSkills and Experience: In-depth working knowledge of Autodesk Revit & Navisworks Manage Good 3D technical proficiency producing models with Revit or equivalent.
