Construction Litigation Associate

A leading commercial law firm, who advise a wide range of clients on complex construction litigation issues, are seeking to hire an experienced Construction Solicitor 6+ PQE to join their practice. You will be involved in all aspects of construction disputes, from pre-action advice to trial and appellate work. Advising clients on all aspects of construction law, including contracts, claims, and disputes. Previous extensive experience of both contentious and non-contentious construction work including: Experience with the Building Safety Fund and the Developer Remediation Contract desirable, but not essential Excellent litigation experience, with a proven track record of success.
