Construction Projects Associate

Our client, an international mid-market firm, is looking for an experienced Projects Associate (3-5 years' PQE) to join their renowned Projects and Construction team in the City. Their team advises clients from project conception all the way through to operation and hand back of projects across the infrastructure sector, with a focus on social and transport infrastructure. Their work includes contract variations, analyses and interpretation, dispute avoidance, and all stages of dispute resolution. They also act for project companies and service on new PPP projects, both in the UK and internationally. Ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers, they act for a range of investors, lenders, operators, contractors and service providers. They are seeking a candidate who has relevant PPP/PFI, commercial settlement and contractual variations experience having worked for a similar leading law firm. Also, experience across transactional projects is required and in return the ideally candidate will work with a wide range of sectors from energy to transport to social infrastructure clients. This role gives the successful candidate the opportunity to join a growing team, which has a collaborative culture and enjoys an enviable breadth and quality of work.
