Construction Solicitor / Senior Construction

Our client is a prestigious international law firm who are seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Solicitor with 3-10PQE to join their team in Glasgow. The firm is celebrated for their domination within the litigation industry. The team regularly act on complex UK and cross-border conflicts within the infrastructure, construction, engineering, and energy sectors. Represent a diverse range of clients in the construction, energy, and infrastructure sectors, which may include investors, contractors, insurers, public sector entities, and PPP contracts. Offer advice on various disputes, from pre-action phases to litigation, arbitration, and adjudication. Collaborate with Partners, Associates, and trainees, both within your team and throughout the firm. The ideal candidate should have approximately 3-10 years of post-qualification experience, gained within a construction (and/or energy & infrastructure) disputes team, at either the Associate or Senior Associate level. #
