The role:
This role will involve working on a range of non-contentious Construction matters, which will include but not be limited to construction contracts, procurement advice and insolvency, as well as maintenance contracts and bonds & guarantees. You will be working closely with the well-established real estate team who deal with a range of development matters. About you:
The successful candidate will be a qualified Construction Solicitor up to 7 years PQE. NQs with suitable Construction experience both prior to qualification and during training will also be considered. You will have excellent teamworking skills and demonstrate high levels of communication skills and attention to detail.
