This role would suit someone who wants to focus on contentious construction matters, but with the option to get involved with some transactional work if desired. Contentious work will typically involve handling cases for both employers and contractors, including adjudication, Pre-Action Protocol, TCC, and arbitration proceedings. On the transactional side, there is scope to work closely with the Commercial Development and Projects teams, particularly for developer and public sector clients.
