Our Nottingham Cost Management team are searching for a chartered quantity surveyor / cost manager to join one of our key UK hubs, to be a vital member of our established and successful Cost Management Service. As Cost Manager with our Nottingham office, you will be an essential member of a collaborative service, and will provide a range of cost management support to key local clients across commercial & industrial projects.
As part of your role as Cost Manager, you will be responsible for managing costs and budgets of construction projects, including new builds, renovations and maintenance works, from early cost advice to settlement of the final account.
