The successful candidate will have the ability to teach Design and Technology at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, and Construction at Key Stage 4, including the opportunity to teach A level Product Design. You will be passionate about your teaching, committed to working together, and have high expectations for your pupils.

Candidates should have working knowledge of CAD/CAM software, be confident working in a workshop with a range of machinery and different construction techniques. The department has the support of a technician and excellent ICT facilities. It is well-resourced as newly built just a few years ago. The successful candidate will join a strong, supportive team. All our DT classes are small and are taught in line with H&S needs.
