We are supporting our client, an international construction business with an excellent reputation with a number of critical roles. The production and delivery of the Performance Measurement Baseline and Performance Measurement Updates Ensuring all Cost related inputs from supply chain are reliable and provided in a timely manner to support the Performance Measurement Update Producing reliable progress and Earned value reports for the PK and the control account under their responsibility Attending progress meetings with planning, commercial, construction, Risk team and lead the production of quantity tracking reports Generate analysis reports to compare previous months forecast Vs Actuals, & variances and movements for different financial years Good understanding of Project controls and alignment of programme, cost, budget, risk and change The ability to make effective and persuasive presentations to Subcontractors, Clients, & Senior Managers Salary up to £55,000 base (depending on experience) + Car allowance (£4,700), 26 days holiday with option to buy 3 or sell 1 per year.
