Estimator - Projects Construction

Location: London (Office-based/Hybrid) Start Date: ASAP Our client is a leading construction company specializing in roofing projects across London. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality solutions, commitment to excellence, and customer satisfaction. MUST HAVE experience in Flat, Torch-On Felt Roofing, or Bitumen Roofing. Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for roofing projects.

• Conduct thorough quantity surveys and cost analysis.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather essential project details.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements.
• Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the construction process.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator in the roofing sector.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, including Flat, Torch-On Felt Roofing, and Bitumen Roofing, and industry trends.
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• The position is based in South West London, offering a hybrid work arrangement.
