Freelance Construction Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Construction Manager to join a prestigious Tier 1 main contractor. Our client is one of the UK's leading providers of new commercial buildings who currently have an appealing project based in Westminster.

You will be part of a team who will be responsible for the new build of a 3 floor large commercial unit worth £60m. You will be one of three Construction Managers on site, you will be reporting to a Project Manager and will have Site Managers reporting to you.

Your responsibilities will also include

• Overseeing the logistical requirements of a project.
• Delegating work to colleagues within your team.
• Meeting regularly with clients, third parties and other managers to report on progress.
• Setting targets, objectives and responsibilities for all supervised staff.
• Being part of a team responsible for the smooth running of the project

To be applicable for this role you must possess a valid SMSTS and have experience in the construction industry on larger scale projects.
