Our Project ManagementTeam are looking to appoint a Graduate Project Manager to be part of their collaborative team in Nottingham.I f you are looking to make your mark with a national consultancy, who can fast-track your career development, then we want to hear from you.

We have a variety of exciting projects landing within the Ministry of Justice which offer incredible growth opportunities and the chance to make a real impact.

In your role, you will be supporting the wider project management team by coordinating, managing and communicating with the client in order to meet the requirements of the project. You will be involved in issuing reports including but not limited to preparation of Project Execution Plans (PEP), Strategy Reports, Risk Registers, Progress Reports etc. In addition, you will also be helping to oversee and manage the control of the project both pre- and post-contract including financial expenditure throughout all RIBA stages.

Our Early Careers Development Scheme is a two year programme in which we will support your development in becoming a successful professional within the industry. You will receive structured support with chartership, technical training and professional membership from our internal mentors as you work towards achieving your professional accreditation. Our mentors come with a wealth of knowledge and experience, therefore providing you with the best support in your chosen career path.

About You

Our ideal Graduate Project Manager must have:

• HNC, HND or a construction related degree with relevant experience
• A professional attitude, providing you with the ability to effectively liaise with clients
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A strong interest and desire to work within the Construction industry

It would be nice for you to have:

• Commitment to Continued Professional development
• Membership of a construction related professional body (such as RICS, CIOB, etc)
• The ability to work to deadlines and manage time with multiple tasks
