VANRATH are thrilled to be assisting a leading Construction company with the recruitment of a Contracts & Dispute Resolution Manager . Fantastic company to work in, one of the best company cultures in NI and opportunities for progression.

Shifts are held over Monday to Friday . No weekend working. Permanent position.

This role will be based at the company's Magherafelt / Castledawson office.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Contracts & Dispute Resolution Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert, professional and timely legal contract advice and support across a range of construction projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The candidate with provide legal representation in relation to contract and commercial matters. Expertise in NEC contracts is highly desirable

The Ideal Person

• Previous experience within a construction commercial legal role, including involvement with large, complex transactions and/or contracts. Proficiency in surveying, construction law, adjudication and arbitration is highly desirable.
• Preferred Qualifications: Adjudicator, Arbitrator, Quantity Surveyor, Solicitor, or Barrister in Northern Ireland (or similar jurisdiction) or similar field.
• NEC Contracts: Proficiency and experience with NEC contracts is highly desirable.
