Position: Office Manager Duties: - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office - Supervise and provide guidance to office staff - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events - Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence - Manage filing systems and ensure proper documentation - Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records - Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette - Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents - Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking Skills: - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience in team management and supervising staff members - Proficient in using QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes - Knowledge of general office procedures and administrative tasks - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work - Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)- Basic understanding of human resources practices and procedures This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager/ Senior Administrator to join our team.
