Contract: Long Term Contract Type: Full Time We have a great opportunity for a Senior Project Manager working with an established Fit Out contractor near Bank. The Project is valued circa £20M and you will be the Senior Project Manager looking after the whole project with a PD visiting every other day. You will be responsible for managing the whole project (including - facades, external works, steel structures, metal staircases and high end reception finish) and will be reporting to the Project Director. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. The ideal Senior Project Manager must have: Longevity in freelance roles Experience successfully running projects as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director on commercial projects SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs What's in it for you as the Senior Project Manager on this project?~Over standard day rate ~ An opportunity for on-going freelance work and potentially going permanent ~
