Absolute Executive Search are delighted be working with a well-established legal 500 firm who are looking to appoint a Construction Solicitor (non-contentous) into their London or Bristol team. The role is non-contentious and the team is one of the largest construction and engineering teams in the UK highly ranked in the Legal 500 and chambers. You will advise on cutting edge projects in the UK and overseas, working with the projects, real estate, finance and corporate lawyers to enable complex construction, redevelopment and infrastructure projects to come to fruition. Relevant experience working on high quality construction and engineering projects Preparation and negotiation of the terms of construction documentation including tenders, letters of intent, main contracts, sub-contracts, and collateral warranties. Advising clients in a wide range of projects. Good knowledge of non-contentious construction work. ~
