Job Description - Sales Executive - Construction/Home Improvement Sectors

Our client is a highly successful, award winning and growing company with a superb reputation for excellence within the Construction/Home Improvement Sectors. Due to ongoing and planned business growth, a superb opportunity has arisen for a Filed Sales Executive to join the company. Reporting to the Owner, the successful candidate will take responsibility for.

SUMMARY OF KEY DUTIES

· Identify, profile, analyse and implement new sales opportunities in NI and ROI

· Actively undertake lead generation activities in line with the business needs.

· Undertake survey visits and virtual survey calls.

· Collect key information including videos and photos to ensure all jobs can be completed first time every time.

· Price jobs competitively in line with company pricing structure.

· Produce proposals for clients using the companies CRM system.

· Follow up with clients in a timely manner to drive successful sales.

· Locate new, manage existing, win and grow key partnerships throughout Northern Ireland and R.O.I.

· Undertake regular work in NI to generate sales both domestically and via our partners.

· Undertake regular work in the ROI to generate sales both domestically and via our partners.

· Attend trade shows and events as and when required. This will include some weekend working.

THE PERSON

· A minimum of 2-3 years sales experience within the construction or home improvement sectors

· Previous telephone lead sales experience desirable

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets

· Highly IT literate, with experience of working with CRM systems.

· Looking for a long-term career with a company that rewards performance and achievement

SALARY

A competitive basic salary of c.£27k (negotiable) will be on offer. A great package includes a company vehicle, uncapped commission (based on hitting targets) and a relaxed working environment.

An OTE of £40k - £50k will be realistic.
