Job description

Site Labourer responsible for the upkeep of the site compound and surrounding areas, individual houses under construction and working in a safe and effective manner. Duties will include: Loading and unloading of material. Moving/handling of material. General housekeeping both internally and externally. Ensuring containers for storage are kept clean and tide and well organised for materials. Compound areas to be kept clean. Material stored in a tidy manner. .

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Good communication skills.
• Perform tasks maintaining all health, safety and environmental rules and ensure work is carried out in a manner that enhances the safety of the work environment.
• Work inside and outside in all weather conditions, various locations. Hard hat, hearing and eye protection required to be worn when necessary.

Desirable Skills

• Up to date certification i.e. CSR card

Further Information

Work time: 8am-4.30pm Monday - Thursday, 8am-2pm Friday.
