A very rare and exciting opportunity for an MRICS certified building surveyor looking to step up and gain more experience in their career. This well established company are a work within the high end luxury residential market, covering multiple areas of building surveying. Due to this growth, this company are now looking to take on a Chartered Building Surveyor in line with their long term growth plans and as their workload increases. Work will include conducting regular site inspections, carrying out building surveys on a wide portfolio of properties, drawing specifications for works, tender analysis for works, project managing projects from conception to completion and liaising with high end residential clients. There will be a good balance of site work and office work, working alongside top tier clients and varied projects.
