About the Role: As a Tutor SEN, you will provide tailored educational support to students with special educational needs, helping them to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with the SEN team to deliver individualised learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalised tutoring sessions to students with special educational needs.
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with teachers and the SEN team to support student learning.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and development.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Requirements:
- Experience in working with students with special educational needs.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students with SEN.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
