Underwriter (Construction)

F&C-Casualty has the global mandate to underwrite Liability and Specialty Lines business and to provide bespoke and complex insurance solutions. Underwriting US/Canada industrial liability programs (focusing on general liability/product liability for large, multi-national industrial clients – Fortune 5000) Managing and monitoring the risks assumed, and assisting with claims handling if required Client meetings including travel when needed Experience in writing Industrial Liability with heavy US exposure (direct or fac), experience in underwriting Construction and/or Energy is a plus Good understanding of policy wordings Fluent command of spoken and written English (German an advantage) Willingness to travel As the world's leading reinsurance company with more than 11,000 employees at over 50 locations, Munich Re introduces a paradigm shift in the way you think about insurance.
