We are searching for a driven individual with excellent communication skills to join a multi-disciplined outsourced agency provider as a Desk Based Account Manager , based in Harrogate .

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting one of our client’s key automotive customers by identifying and nurturing opportunities through outbound calls with a view to driving business growth .
Conducting a minimum of 50 outbound telephone calls per day to existing, lapsed and prospective customers.
Securing new business opportunities for the Field Sales Team , ensuring each appointment is qualified and meets pre-defined criteria.
Working towards KPI’s and targets based on call volume, appointment quantity and quality.
Actively record all customer information and activity on the CRM system (Salesforce)
Building rapport with customers through friendly and engaging communication.
Experience in a sales or outbound calling position .
Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce and CRM systems.
