Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Support Officer to join our team at Johnson & Johnson. This is a remote work position based in London, England, UK. As an Associate level professional with at least 4 years of experience in account support, you will play a crucial role in supporting our key client accounts.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide account support to key clients, including resolving inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Assist with account management activities, such as preparing reports, analyzing data, and presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders. 4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts. 5. Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions. 6. Assist with contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in account support or a similar role. 3. Strong negotiation and leadership skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Driven and motivated to achieve targets and goals. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
