Job Overview:We are currently seeking an Admin/ Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Duties:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests- Maintain customer records by updating account information- Assist with billing and invoicing queries- Provide product/service information to customers- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently- Use Google Suite, Sage and microsoft office for various administrative tasks
- Assist with Purchasing
Skills:- Proficient in office procedures and customer service best practices- Strong data entry skills with the ability to type accurately- Familiarity with Google Suite microsoft office and sage 50 would be useful- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills- Clerical skills for maintaining records and documentation- Organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
