My client, who is based in Glasgow City Centre, is a leader in their industry of plant hire, and are the UK's largest independent plant and equipment rental company. Customer Service Administrator The Customer Service Administrator will be based in the Glasgow Head Office and will be responsible in ensuring customers orders and enquiries are carried out in an efficient and effective manner. Salary £25k* Monday to Friday shifts on a rotational basis between the hours of 8.30pm* Great additional benefits including staff incentives and loyalty holidays* Employee Welfare Fund (company funded social events)* Access to in-house Learning & Development team You will have a proven track record within a customer focused environment, and have demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced, high volume call centre environment.
