Barista/Customer Service

Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Barista to work for a busy and popular hospitality establishment based in Thetford. Reporting to the Catering Supervisor Ensuring that all orders are taken accurately and communicated well with the Kitchen Preparing and selling coffee drinks Serving food quickly and to the highest standard Making certain that Health & Safety & Hygiene standards are adhered to Proactively serving customers, resolving queries and complaints The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, be able to work as part of a team, have experience in working in a pressured environment and be able to work flexible shifts. This is a permanent role. Hours will be between 32-40 hours a week with alternate weekends - no evenings. Hourly rate will be 11.60 per hour.
