Estelle Manor is a rural retreat nestled in Oxfordshire. A Grade II-listed landmark house set on a 60-acre estate, surrounded by over 3,000 acres of beautiful parkland. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A hotel and country club with one-of a-kind spaces and old school values of personalised service and discretion. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As a Barista you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of hot beverages, opening, and closing the coffee stations throughout the club and maintain all hot beverage related equipment exceeding members’ needs and expectations every time. Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking. A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting. 93 per hour plus tronc.
