Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Lithia Motors is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team on a full-time remote basis in London, England, UK. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, the Chat Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing our chat support team to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the chat support team's performance and efficiency - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and consistency in customer service - Train, coach, and mentor chat support agents to improve their skills and knowledge - Analyze chat data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a chat support or customer service management role - Confident and energetic personality with excellent communication skills - Strong research and emotional intelligence skills - Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams - Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision - Experience with chat support software and tools - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
