Chat Support Officer - Remote Work

Amphenol, a leading global provider of interconnect solutions, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Chat Support Officer to join our team on a full-time remote basis in London, England, UK. As an Associate-level Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally via chat. - Providing product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding customers through the purchasing process. - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Monitoring chat performance metrics and reporting on trends and patterns.

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Excellent written communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. - Adaptability to changing work environments and processes. - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members. - Familiarity with CRM software and chat support platforms is a plus.
