Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes - Maintain knowledge of company products and services to better assist customers - Meet or exceed performance targets for response times and customer satisfaction - Document all interactions with customers for record-keeping purposes
