CNC Service Engineer

Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Service Engineer to join our prestigious client based in Stockport! This is a field based role, and an excellent opportunity to join a well-established engineering specialist, that supply new machinery and work on various equipment for their large customer base. This would suit someone who is multi-skilled (electrical bias) and has experience repairing CNC and Manual Machinery. This is a Full-Time, Permanent position! What youll be doing Inspect, service, repair, and commission a variety of CNC and Manual Machinery Maintenance of Milling Machines, Lathes, Grinders, Drilling machines etc Work will include Machinery Upgrades, Retrofitting, Removals and Installations Perform both Electrical and Mechanical repairs (electrical bias) Work both individually and as part of a team of engineers Provide excellent customer service Drive the company van and maintain with necessary tools and supplies needed A mix of working in the workshop and out on-site around the Northwest Hours Monday-Thursday, 7am-4:45pm & Friday 7am-2:30pm Pay £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) Skills/Experience Required Experience repairing CNC or Manual Machinery is essential Strong electrical skills with some mechanical knowledge Engineering qualifications would be advantageous A valid UK driving licence is essential A British Passport is essential Must be flexible to stay away from home if required (approx. 2 nights per month) Benefits 33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) Bonus scheme Company vehicle Company mobile phone Tools provided PPE and Uniform provided Travel expenses paid for Company pension Training provided Free on-site parking Day shifts No weekends Overtime available Essential All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
