Job Description - Contact Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


BMW is seeking a motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Contact Center Assistant. This is a full-time remote position based in London, England, UK. As an Entry Level Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our customer service team by handling incoming calls, emails, and live chats from customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Engaging with customers via email and live chat to address their needs and provide assistance. 3. Logging all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our database. 4. Assisting with customer escalations and resolving complaints effectively. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience. 6. Participating in training sessions to stay up-to-date on BMW products and services.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. 3. Strong time management and organizational skills. 4. Ability to negotiate and problem solve effectively. 5. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 6. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates. 7. Company equipment provided for remote work. 8. Medical coverage included in benefits package.
