Archer Daniels Midland is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from London, England, UK. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 7 years of experience in customer care or related fields.
The ideal candidate for this role is driven and dedicated, with a strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing customer care strategies, analyzing customer feedback, and working closely with various departments to improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives and oversee day-to-day customer care operations - Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and enhance overall customer experience - Monitor customer service performance metrics and report on KPIs to senior management - Lead projects related to customer care initiatives and continuous improvement efforts - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolutions
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer care or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and customer service tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
