Reporting to our Order to Cash Process Lead, and working a hybrid pattern with an office based at our Finance Centre of Excellence located within our VW Stockport dealership. We re seeking an Order to Cash professional who has experience within an environment of complex transaction processing with teams both on and offshore. Working closely with our offshore BPO team responsible for daily transactional cash application and collections activities. Preparing detailed updates to present to Site Accountants and Franchise Financial Controllers on regular debt review calls relating to the collection of trade debtor past due balances. Monitoring month end activities to ensure collections opportunities are maximised. Analysing aged debt, dispute and POA reports to identify areas of focus for the cash application and collections teams and assisting with the prioritisation of activities. Negotiating payment of aged balances with complex key account customers, escalated by the offshore collections team. Ability to manage & coordinate processes via SLAs via a remote team Able to evidence pride and enthusiasm for product and brand Inchcape is a leading independent global automotive distributor and retailer.
