Job Description - Customer Sales and Admin Coordinator





Customer Sales Administrator

£23,000 - £25,000 per annum (depending on skills and abilities)

Permanent opportunity commutable from Wrexham, Malpas, Chirk, Whitchurch, Ellesmere

Additional benefits:

23 days annual leave plus bank holidays plus your birthday off work.

The Role:

We are recruiting for a Customer Sales Administrator to work for a reputable company that designs and supplies products to the gardening market. This is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Sales Administrator to join a small company that looks after their employees, promoting a positive working culture. The company employees take pride in providing their customer base with premium products and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Managing customer queries and processing orders.

Making customer calls and following up sales leads.

Monitoring stock levels and reporting any stock issues to the Operation Department.

Data entry, maintaining customer account files and other general administration.

Process proforma invoices calculating discounts and carriage charges.

Arranging the packing and dispatch of samples, documentation by couriers.

Booking deliveries with customers and liaise with transport companies for any delivery issue.

Raising export orders and documentation.

Sending fortnightly stock availability to the sale agents.

Organising the replenishing of the stock in the show room area.

Liaison with internal members of staff e.g. operations, sales personnel and accounts department.

The Candidate:

The successful Customer Sales Administrator will have the following skills and abilities:

Background in a customer service or administration role.

Proficient with Microsoft packages including Excel.

Personable candidate with excellent communication skills.

Comfortable managing a variety of duties.
