Date: 7th Mar 2024 Job Ref: ZEST/NM/FBDES An established food business who offer a range of products, known for their positive cultural reputation and values, furthermore what they do offer much delight to your culinary skills #chefskiss If you are a technically talented candidate who loves systems, creating efficiency with a sound knowledge of BRCGS, quality management systems and food safety processes and suppliers this is a great role for you! Your main duties will be to support, review, update of procedures, ensuring products and documentation are compliant, data analysis, food safety and quality standards are met, specifications, report on non conformances and preventative actions and trending information. Supporting the Technical and Quality function of the business, excellent attention to detail is required as well as a champion of continuous improvement and the ability to adapt in a fast moving environment. You must have UK food manufacturing experience, knowledge of BRCGS, engagement with suppliers and an understanding of TACCP/VACCP is advantageous.
