Job Description - Customer Service Administrator

Key responsibilities:
• Treat Ryan Air Conditioning Spares Ltd and associated Group companies’ Customers as the highest priority, within your role.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and ‘safe-space’ within the working environment, following procedures compliant with legal regulations.
• Manage and process incoming sales orders, including credit checks.
• Processing Customer payments, statements and credit control.
• Process direct delivery sales orders from Supplier through to Customer.
• Manage Sales and Customer service email accounts, generating actions, as
applicable.
• Generate and circulate weekly sales reports.
• Liaising with Suppliers on stock lead times and availability and communicating information to Customers.
• Managing external carrier activities on Customer deliveries – proof of delivery, lost / late orders, Invoice tracking and reconciliation.
• Recording and monitoring Supplier deliveries.
• Production of monthly credits and refunds report.
• Management of holiday, absence records and Sales team diary.
• Be first point of contact on Head Office incoming calls, distributing as applicable.
• Open and distribute incoming post.
• Must have full, clean driving licence
• Must have significant experience of similar office administration duties
