Customer Service Administrator Burnley 8am-5pm Monday, 9am-5pm Tues-Thurs, 9am-4pm Friday £21k Ideal Recruit are looking for a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client in Burnley. You will undertake all administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the team has adequate support. The Administrator should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease. Key Responsibilities: * Answering In-Bound calls. * Order processing. * Replying to all enquiries via email. * Working on excel/spreadsheets. * General administration duties.
