Cherry Professional are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for an established company based in Bingham / Nottingham.The successful candidate will have good Customer Service skills .
(Entry level applicants welcome)

–Understanding of clients requirements
– Excellent Customer service skills and telephone manner
– Ability to be highly organised and prioritise key tasks
– Computer literate, goodknowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel etc
– Attention to detail is key
– A positive pro-active attitude
– A genuine enthusiasm to learn and develop your own skills and knowledge

Key responsibilities:

– Schedule appointments with residents via telephone, letters and emails
– Liaise with clients regarding programme of works
– Assist commercial department with valuations
– Review hazardous substance reports and raise concerns with the relevant Contracts Manager
– Liaise with customers and scheme managers regarding access, keep records of all data
– Data entry
– Closeout projects with Operation & Maintenance Manuals
