We are looking for a Customer Services Administrator for a successful and growing chemicals business near Horsforth, Leeds. In this Customer Services Administrator role, you will put your communication, organisation, and administration skills to good use. On a daily basis, you will liaise with business customers, check stock availability, process sales orders and returns, and liaise with internal departments. This role could be particularly beneficial if you are science/chemistry graduate looking for a commercial role. - Processing sales orders including order inputting and acknowledgements
- Generating picking lists and despatch notes
- Booking transport for customer collections and deliveries
- Supporting Account Managers with new enquiries, pricing, and general emails
- Visiting customers with Account Managers
- Liaising with the warehouse re; customer deliveries, returns and complaints
- Logging and upkeep of customer complaints on the Quality Management Log
- Generating sales returns and booking stock back in
- Logging Visit Reports from the Sales Team
A Bit About You:
- A good standard of education ideally to degree level
- Previous customer service / administration focused experience would be ideal
- You will have confident communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Work with attention to detail and well organised
- Personable and customer focused
- A desire to learn and progress your skills and knowledge
- Good IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
