As our Customer Service Advisor you will handle a broad range of calls from customers so the work is varied and challenging but we give you all the training and support you need to be successful. As our Customer Service Advisor you just need to be a good communicator, a natural problem solver and comfortable picking up new systems and processes quickly. 

 

What will I be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?

• Deal effectively & efficiently with all Customer Service related requests primarily via the inbound phone channel but when necessary via QMS/e-mail/webchat & taking responsibility for processing each query through to a satisfactory conclusion
• Work closely with other areas of the business, maintaining  & developing collaborative relationships to support our customers
• Develop your product knowledge so you can help customers with technical queries
• Keep informed on marketing and promotional activity
• Keep records of all conversations & transactions on our in house system
• Undertake additional Customer Service related business activities including dealing with 1st line complaints
