We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our incredible financial services company based in the heart of Altrincham. Customer Service Advisor duties:

n
• Supporting new customers through the learning curve of an umbrella company
n
• Resolve contractor relationships issues and complaints quickly, ensuring a high level of customer service Resolving issues over email and telephone
n
• Dealing with complex and numerical information
n
• Checking and updating accounts
n
• Handling customer queries regarding pay and tax
n

Skills for a Customer Service Advisor role:

n
• We would like to hear from you if you have any of the following experience: Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Administrator, Customer Service Assistant, Technical Advisor, Payroll Advisor, Accounts Clerk, case handler, or similar

• Well educated. Degree preferred but not essential
n
• Strong Customer Service experience
n
• Looking for career progression
