Job Description - Customer Service Advisor

Ref: 3802 Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Location: High Wycombe (With potential Hybrid working) Working as part of a friendly Customer Relations Team, you will use your customer service skills to respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner. The hours of work are on a weekly rota basis between 07.00, Monday to Friday (8-hour shift). The company offers nice offices and good support, the team enjoys success and is well-respected. You will be acting as the first point of contact so you must give an exceptional service, understanding the customers' needs clearly and putting them through to the correct department. At registration stage, to confirm your identity, you will be required to bring your passport and proof of address with you.
