Ref: 3802 Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Location: High Wycombe (With potential Hybrid working) Working as part of a friendly Customer Relations Team, you will use your customer service skills to respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner. The hours of work are on a weekly rota basis between 07.00, Monday to Friday (8-hour shift). The company offers nice offices and good support, the team enjoys success and is well-respected. You will be acting as the first point of contact so you must give an exceptional service, understanding the customers' needs clearly and putting them through to the correct department.
