Slight shift pattern – 7.30am earliest start, 6pm latest finish (37.5 hour working week) on a rota basis – No Weekends

Our client is looking for a person to join their Customer Service Team initially on a 12-month basis with a strong chance of a permanent role thereafter. The role will involve: –

Key Responsibilities

• Answering the phone from customers, dealing with queries in a polite and professional manner
• Responding to customer queries, dealing with issues and providing relevant information
• Prioritising customer issues, escalating calls to management or other departments when required
• Admin duties, such as processing contracts generated by the Sales Team and other elements of sales admin
