As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll:

“Our branch on Hanover Street is a busy City centre location, based near lots of transport links, where we help customers from Edinburgh, the wider Midlothian, The Borders, and beyond.
You will be joining a welcoming team that has an excellent mix of experience, from 25 years in role, to just a few months. Everyone works together and has opportunity to bring their own strengths to the team and we are excited to bring in some new skills and experience.
We have recently started a community partnership with FareShare and have exciting plans to use our paid volunteering leave to support the charity, or you could use this time to support a charity or community group you are passionate about.
This role is available due to career progression, and opportunities are available for personal development and building your career whilst performing your day-to-day duties helping customers.”
