Customer Service Advisor

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client in Warrington on a full time permanent basis.

Our client is a leading provider within its industry providing products across the world.

Salary:
upto £30,000 per annum ( dependent on skills and experience)

Hours of work:
38 hours per week
Monday to Thursday 7.30am until 4pm / 8.30am until 5pm
Friday 7.30am until 1pm

Our client offers the option to work one day from home per week after the training period.

Industry training is provided.

The Role:

• Processing all sales transactions on the company MRP system.
• Ensuring prices and contracts are up to date in the system.
• Supporting the commercial team to ensure customer communications are effective.
• Effective management of customer queries, and expectations.
• Communicating customer feedback to the rest of the business.
• Recording and resolving customer complaints, in-line with company procedures.
• Maintaining sales information including order and quotation processing via the company CRM system.
• Implement best practice and change initiatives throughout the department.

Key requirements:

• High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time, with attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills and experience in Microsoft office, ERP and CRM systems
• Experience in a customer service role ideally with an international customer base.
