Customer Service Advisor

Do you or someone you know looking for a part time Customer Service role? Working 3 days a week? Immediate start. We are currently looking for a customer service advisor to join one of our clients based in guildford on a short term temporary role. (Could be extended) Duties
- Using the 'Gorgios' Customer Service platform to assign and complete online tickets relating to the following:
- Returns
- Warranty's
- Sizing
- Complaints
- Social Media Comments
- Reviews Candidate will be Monitoring Live Chat and communicate to customers in real time. To Process a limited number of physical returns in the warehouse. Ensure back end processes are up kept, such as return logs. - Working alongside the CS Manager completing assigned tasks. Experience/Skills
- Using online CS chat functions
- Have at least 2 years Customer Service experience.
- Knowledge of Gorgios
- Knowledge of Orderwise ERP
- Knowledge of the Sport industry and product Working hours: 3 Days per week, 9:00am-17:00pm Monday-Wednesday Pay Rate: 13.00 per hour (Weekly Pay)
