FMI are currently recruiting ambitious, energetic Customer Service Advisors for our partner Electric Ireland. The purpose of this role is to provide Customer Service Support over the telephone to new and existing Electric Ireland customers. If you are resilient, ambitious, and a team player, this is the role for you, and Electric Ireland could be the place for you to thrive and grow in your career!  Person Specifications

• Previous experience in a Contact Centre environment is preferential but not essential.
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). 
• Ability to preform under pressure in a team environment but also to have the ability to work on ones own initiative. 
• The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus and desire to deliver the highest levels of customer service daily.
• Active listener who communicates purposefully and confidently.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, adhering to agreed schedules.
• Excellence in the English Language – written and spoken.

Communication Skills

• Ability to communicate with people face to face and via telephone.
• Ability to communicate with people within all levels of the organisation.

Your profile

The Package:

• £23,795.20 per annum. 
• Genuine Career Progression.
• Monday-Friday Shifts (8:30am-4.45pm/ 11:00am-7:00pm) rotated weekly.
