The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers, resolving issues and queries in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails

• Providing accurate and timely information to customers

• Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention

• Working closely with other team members to achieve common goals

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role is essential

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
